I find that when i start to set many goals (waking up early, working out, not procrastinating, eating healthy, etc) i get burnt out really fast. I am lucky if i make it to day 2/3 of my new rouine. How do i incorporate things into my schedule gradually without losing focus? i want to become a productive person. I want to make good, long lasting habits but where do i start? How do i keep motivated?
