Procrastinating makes you not get anything done. Especially the important stuff. Just get up and do it. Your time and energy is being wasted everyday sitting on the couch, sitting on your phone, or other unhealthy and time wasting activities. Just get up and get it done because it's not gonna go away until you get it done. The longer you wait and put it off the more stressed you'll be. Just get it done.
