I have fears I can't justify but they stop me from doing the things I want. I won't even go for a run because of my worry.
I don't think I have a larger underlying worry, just a habit of listening to these fears.
My tactic is to simply understand I don't want this fear, and go ahead with my task and do this each time. My hope is if I keep doing this with the various daily things I haven't been letting myself doing, I will build my way out of it.
Does anyone have a better idea of facing fears other than just sucking it up or am I on a good enough track?
