I just wanted to share a book I read, its actually about business. And I brought it to help me understand business and ideas about startups but the way it goes on to speak it helped me a lot with my phycological health.
It talks about the concept of 6 things which can be used to help you in business with your startup. And the summary is that everything you have can be used positively. Sometimes not having enough money for the startup can actually puts you in the right place at the right time. And how the bad things in your life can drive you to become successful. Look at Tony Robbins, he used his childhood trauma to become the person he is today. If it wasn't for that trauma he wouldn't have been the person he is today, he would have probably been just an average person.
Everything that happens to you, good and bad puts you in the position you're meant to be in. I have been abused as a child. And I've been depressed for the majority of my life. I don't know why I think this but I just believe I am destined to do something great. Following my circumstance I should think the opposite, but for some reason I've had this belief ever since I was a child that its me and I'm going to do big things. For some reason I believe all of the bad things are good things because they're making me into the person I'm supposed to be.
