I don't know whether it's fear, or weakness of character, but there's something that I need to do in order to develop further as a person. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain theoretically from doing it, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I feel a rush of adrenaline and decide against doing it. It's like when it's time to actually do it, all the conscious understanding of why this must be done and whatnot goes straight out the window. Then later on I'd feel like trash for not doing it. Which gives me motivation to do it next time. But then next time comes and im not disciplined enough to do it. And so the cycle repeats.
So how do you give yourself that final push to go through with it?
