Starting small

This year has been an emotional one for me.With a lot of failures and heartbreaks I finally want to start moving forward even if it is small. I started work 3 weeks ago and noticed my mental health has declined. I seem to be having bad days and have like my nerves acting up daily which has caused me to miss 2 days of work which is really unlike me. So September I'm going to mediate everyday. Then in October add reading 20 minutes a day, and finally in November add yoga. I feel like if I get it to the habit of it I will be okay and start working on being a better me.
