GUYS I DID IT! I TOOK ACTION!

tl:dr - Instead of putting off a run for the next morning like usual and not following through, I got up off my bed, told my mind to be quiet and ran. I didn’t let my mind think for second and GOT IT DONE!

HELLO Reddit!! Today after a very long social media session I was feeling unproductive, criticizing myself, and upset I had spent so much time on Instagram. I was so upset in fact I started planning my day for tomorrow, putting in an unrealistic 5 AM run, a 1 hour book session right after that 5 AM run, and an hour of language learning on top. I was extremely motivated and excited at the moment and was thinking about all the things I was going to do till I remembered something. I NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH! I always cram an unrealistic amount of work for tomorrow because I feel so bad I didn’t do what I was supposed to that day. So instead of that 5 AM run I turned it into a 10pm run. I got up off my bed, tied my shoes, and walked straight out the door. I didn’t let my mind get a second to doubt my actions, I just ran like my life depended on it and got it done. I took MASSIVE ACTION! I feel like this is the foundation I need to really kickstart the journey to my goals. A million thoughts were going through my head. I told myself “what if my neighbors think I’m crazy” “what if a car beeps at me to get out of the street” “what if someone sees me and says something” guess what guy none of those things happenend! It’s all in your head! The Next time your scared of going to the gym, talking to a cute girl/guy, or any other scary situation, JUST DO IT. Once your in it, your mind switches from should I to now I have to! Thank you and good luck!
