Hey guys, I'm kinda skinnyfat: I weigh 64kg (141 lbs). My bodyfat percentage is at 16% (it was at 20% in January but I lost 8kgs or so (17 lbs), unfortunately I lost 2-3kg muscle mass aswell. I don't lift weights that much but I go to the boxing gym. I eat clean like every day and I only have one cheat meal per week. Does someone know how to lose fat and put on some muscle mass "at the same time"? And should I be in a caloric surplus or deficit?
