I'm feeling down these days. Had a fight with someone 2 days ago and it took all my "happy energy" out. Now I just don't feel like working or even just doing something I love. And yet, I am stressed that I'm not doing anything productive or some hobbies that would make me forget the time / reality. I feel stuck. Ugh!
I tried learning a language, watching a movie, and reading some books earlier... I can't help but feel distracted and irritated. I just feel so unmotivated.
Can someone relate? Badly need your help. What do I do? :((
