Nearly half a year ago my gf broke up with me. I hit my first own rock bottom. I was so unhappy because now I was just by my own with my small dog. He was the only one by my side. Yeah the pandemic sucks to get to know new people and everytime I met someone new I just got rejected over night.
But then something changed. I watched one short motivational video on YouTube of David Goggings and it changed my life! After that one video I watched 3 hours of motivational speeches straight.
I stopped all my bad habits and my bad thinking. I started working harder in every direction: harder workouts, more training in singing and making my own music...I am also making my own bed everyday after waking up at 5am even when my work starts at 9am.
Now I am a very happy person. I changed my complete mindset in a very short time and became the extroverted person I want to be, but I am not done! I am never done!
The most influential quote I remember myself everyday now is a question: "How am I livin'?"
And if I am not on a way to become the very best version of myself I will answer this question with "not good enough!"
