I just wanna say that I hate the gym. I hate it with all my heart and have no interest in the coming months or years to attend one. However, that doesn't mean I am against working out as a whole. I just don't like weights. I have been trying to lose weight in the past month and have seen some moderate success but I attribute that to a healthy diet, little to no alcohol, and an active lifestyle(I try to walk/light run about 8-10 km a day). But whenever I try to do some harder bodyweight exercises (pullups, dips, pushups) I get tired really easy and I just can't do that much of them. However, I enjoy doing pull-ups. I just wanted to ask you guys is it healthy to do 4-5 sets of pullups till max 4-5x a week for about 2-3 weeks(until that becomes a habit) then add some pushups do that for about 2-3 weeks then add some dips and squats. Just to clarify I am a beginner in doing exercises and have been inactive in most of my college life due to stress and anxiety and depression So finally I got my shit together and want to work out but I plan on going slow. Is it healthy and will I have a normal body for doing 1 same exercise for about a few weeks until it just becomes a habit and then just add a few exercises every 2-3 weeks until i get a full-body workout?
