This will be hard. There will be days that getting out of bed will destroy you. There will be nights that you will pretend lying awake in bed is the same as sleeping. You will doubt yourself and your path. You will miss your old life.
But it will be worth it. You will learn so much about yourself and the world. You will learn to set boundaries. You will climb mountains. You will never have to go back to your lowest, fatests, or darkest. The panic attacks will stop. You will leave.
