It seems I always stick to something for a week or so and then all of a sudden I feel like I can’t do anything. As if I’m in the dumps all over again and it happen all the time. I hate feeling this way because I actually love working out it makes me happy. How do you guys actually get the motivation to not quit all the time? Any advice and words needed ðŸ˜ðŸ‘€
