If you are ever having a bad day, week, month, or year just remember it'll end eventually. Bad days will bring good days. It may be hard because there can be multiple bad days in a row and you'll be very stressed but just remember to keep your head up for tomorrow, it's a new day and another possible chance to have a great day.
