Hi, so I’m only 13 and I’m trying to be a lot healthier but it’s so hard for me. I gained about like 15 pounds over like last year and now this year I gained like 10 pounds in the past two months. I’ve tried to get back in track but I’m struggling so hard, I can’t do long walk since I have no where to go and my neighborhood driveway is incredibly short. I’ve been eating okay healthy, but have been having more sweets than I would relatively like. I’m only 13 but I’m really struggling I just wanna manage to get at least some exercise. Do you guys have any tips?
