Haven't you noticed that every time you were procrastinating something for days, weeks, months, and even maybe years, that when you finally did it that it wasn't s bad as you thought it was going to be. It was easier than you over thought it to be. You're mind will always stress you out to do things because it likes to be content but you just gotta get up and do it because it is never as bad as you make it out to be. Some examples could be working out, doing homework, doing work, etc. Just get up and do it because it's not as bad as you think it's going to be.
