So you want to train your willpower? Cold showers is a nice start. They're uncomfortable. You introduce a regimen of something like cold showers and it's only a matter of time before your making the bed everyday and excelling above and beyond your peers.
The tactic: Immediately prior to your cold shower, assume the exercise THE PLANK. Now plank until failure. I mean true failure. Like the world's existence is at stake and you've gotta take that plank to ABSOLUTE failure. This will heat your body and you'll likely be in a state that's more welcoming of the cold shower at hand. As a bonus, you do this for each shower everyday and say hello to a six pack.
I promise you do this once and you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment. Do it repeatedly day after day and you'll start to crave that sense of accomplishment. Before you know it…congratulations my friend you've instilled a habit that's likely to translate into other areas of your life.
