If you’ve ever felt like you’re addicted to your phone, and want to boost productivity, I’ve had success with screen time set up as “child” on my phone, while i made my parental code while i was black out drunk. this helps me feel better control with my phone and life outside it; i’m doing more things than technology, and my spirit’s up.
