This is to help those who've gained a lot of holiday weight or who have this tendency to eat way more than they should.

While I did gain a lot of holiday weight during Christmas and New Year's, there was a time where I would eat nonstop nearly everyday to the point where my health was at risk (I even get kidney stones because of how bad my diet was). The two main reasons as to why I kept eating was because

1.) I ate to keep my mind off of all the problems I was going through

2.) I just really loved the taste of my favorite food and I gave in to temptation way too quickly

As an adult, I know that I couldn't go on like that forever and now I'm doing my best to make sure that I stay in shape now matter how hard it feels. It's tough cause there are times where I just wanna give up and eat without any care for myself, but I know I shouldn't do that.

I'm doing my best to work it all off now because I really want to start the New Year right. Again, it won't be easy, but at least I know I'm doing something good for my body.

For those of you who are going through a similar problem, I made something that may help you. You don't have to watch it but I'm just hoping that it's able to help someone in need.
