I used to go to the gym 5 times a week before the pandemic. I'm in college so I've been trying to put on more muscle mass, and I've been working out at the gym since High School. With the pandemic though I find it increasingly hard to find the motivation to work out daily. I know what my goals are, but it is incredibly hard to stay motivated to actually keep going and working out every day, especially having only basic equipment.
Any tips help. Thank you in advance
