Word of advice: Create environments/habits that cultivate mental toughness

The key to improving is doing the things that suck. Its just that simple but extremely hard. You are essentially trying to reprogram the hardwires in your brain but its the only way. You have to suffer. You have to do the things that suck. You have to do the things that make you ache or groan. You have to do all those things and endure and only there and then will you find a part of you that you may know exists now or may even seem impossible to reach but trust me you'll get there. Its literally telling you to come and join it. Its hard. It sucks and you actively have to sometimes tell your ego to shut the fuck up. But its worth it. Drag yourself through the shit you don't want to do but you know will benefit you and in the long run you'll become a person you actually love and are proud of. STAY AWAY FROM WHATS EASY AND WHATS COMFORTABLE ITS USUALLY NOT WORTH IT.
