Recently I haven't felt like 'myself', sleeping way longer than usual, not wanting to talk to friends, not being able to continue working out. I feel pretty awful and no matter how much I try to motivate myself, I've just ended up ignoring my important tasks in favor of wasting time on video games/watching videos. Do you guys have any advice?
