One of the things I struggle with is finding the motivation to continue whatever I start. A couple of months ago, I started lifting weights and struggled to continue doing so consistently. Just the stresses of school and work made it almost impossible. I'm part of sine group on GoalGroup (https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/goalgroup/id1518901461) that lets you support others and check in daily; I'm trying to ensure that we can hold each other accountable and continue our journeys together.
