Hello there! I'm currently working on my dissertation / thesis, titled 'Motivation of Remote and Non-Remote Workers During the Covid Pandemic'. I have put together a survey based on 2 main theories: That of Doshi and McGregor (Primed to Perform, 2015), who developed a scale of Total Motivation (ToMo), using 6 weighted questions. The second theory is a revision of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, based on Scott Barry Kaufman's book Transcend (2020). Did you know that Maslow NEVER arranged his 'needs' into the form of a pyramid? I intend to investigate these two theories and have devised a questionnaire to do so. In my opinion this is one of the most important areas of study there is at the moment.
I hope that some of you kind people could help contribute to my data collection by completing my fully anonymous survey. There are 2 qualifying questions, 10 scaled questions (-3 to 3) and then 3 optional questions at the end. It should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete.
(The only clunky thing is that you can choose a number between 0 and 10,000 as ID, in order to allow people to withdraw their answers at any time, for any reason. Even though it's fully anonymous I would like to provide this option)

I would appreciate any feedback and / or completion of this survey. You will be helping to inform theories for the new age of remote work that so many of us are affected by. Thank you very much, J.
