I Still Stay Motivated

There are some days I'm groggy and feel like I can't get up and do my workouts. It may be stress from studying, being a mom of a toddler and so on. I remind myself of my past and that's what gets me going. I remind myself when I was in the 2nd grade I had a thyroid condition that made me balloon up in a short time. I was an obese child and teen and by the time I turned 18 I weighed 400 pounds. I was so scared about not living a long life and how my health would be. So I went on Atkins and started walking. I grew to love exercise. By the time I graduated I had lost 100 pounds and by the time I turned 21 it was over 250 pounds in total. I had to get skin removal at 21 because there where certain places on my body that needed it. Thinking about how I achieved this goal keeps me motivated with working out each day and other goals I want to achieve in life as well. This is how I keep myself motivated. I want to be a role model for my son and the kids I will have in the future.
