Any advice on getting out of a winter lockdown rut?

Im in the final year of my PhD. My project has been highly distrupted due to covid and I am unlikely to graduate on time. The looming stress of cancelled lab work has taken a toll on me and I'm struggling to motivate myself to self care. Where I live its cold and the sun goes down at 4pm. Usually I beat the winter blues and work stress by going to the gym, but its closed. I've gained a lot of weight which zaps my motivation more. I'm struggling to see the point in getting dressed in the morning. Im in a rut and don't see a way out. How are you coping? Any advice?
