New posting here. Just wanted to share with someone.
On a new fitness journey to loose weight, develop better eating habits and start working out again. Sometimes depression gets the best of me and I feel extremely unmotivated. Today was ALMOST one of those days. Was planning on going to bed instead of exercising but remembered how determined I’ve been these past couple of days and I forced myself out of bed and onto the mat! Completed a 30 min workout followed by 30 min of yoga 🧘🏻♀️. Pretty proud of myself. Yay for small victories! Stay motivated and remember why you started in the first place!! ☺️
