You know when you catch your reflection in a storefront and think “Yikes I need to put down the pizza”? Well today I unfortunately had one of those realizations about 500 pizzas too late. Help?

As you can see I’ve gained some COVID weight lol. I didn’t realize how snug this shirt was until I caught this reflection out picking up dinner tonight and I was shocked. I didn’t realize my weight had gotten this bad. Where do I even start to figure out what I’m doing wrong with diet & exercise? This is all very foreign to me. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or motivators 🙌🏻
