Keep that fire people

Today I managed to jog, lightly but a jog none the less, for 200 metres on a treadmill, the first time since November last year that I have been able to, after surgery in November on my knee (to rectify Osgood Schlatters) and another in January after I decided I wanted to snap my platella tendon. Its a big deal to me and I'm beyond stoked, its been a long journey with hurdles along the way but I've learnt to be patient with myself. I wasn't always positive, I was often frustrated, saddened and angry at my recovery, but I just want to say to anyone who needs to hear it, stay fighting and keep that fire in your soul.
