Title: It Doesn't Matter !
Hello guys Today let us throw some light on a "not so very serious topic" Which our society has narrowed our world-view and started promoting a many kinds of personality traits Where everyone is divided categorically and two of the categories are introvertism and extrovertism Is it classication really required ? Ofcourse we witness such categorical division daily no matter what But What I feel is that there is no such thing as introverts/extroverts , People are often bullied/mocked in their groups , classroom etc on the basis of these baseless classifications which is wrong. People communicate on the basis of the how good terms they have with people around them , on the basis of How much comfortable they feel around people , on the basis of how much they are willing to talk or share. We are no one to judge people on the basis of how much quiet or talkative they seem to be. Because afterall we only see people what they choose to show. And Some people may like to respond instinctively while some others might want to think through it and form their opinions. So, we shouldn’t push everyone to react instantaneously on an issue. Extroverts are naturally expressive about their feelings and thoughts. They bring spontaneity, energy, and articulation to any interaction. Where as Introverts prefer conversations to be focused , Precised and planned. They would like to think about the topic in advance and present their views. They do not like to react on that quick. We have witnessed some of the great people like Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, Mark Zuckerberg, Mahatma Gandhi, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk, Rosa Parks and many more who are believed to be introverts but they have openly talked about their Visions/Ideas/Thoughts and has achieved success. Thus, we can conclude that Introverts and extroverts, both have their unique characteristics , preferences and strengths If combined can do wonders together.
