YOU’RE HAVING FEELINGS OF SADNESS OR DEPRESSION THAT LAST LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS
We all experience sadness at one time or another. Most normal feelings of sadness get better with time. The American psychiatric association reported abnormally intense sadness lasting two weeks could be a sign of depression.

STOMACH PAIN
Having recurring stomach pain is usually a symptom of indigestion, acid reflux, or various other things, but getting sudden stomach aches during times of anxiety could be a sign of poor mental health. People often refer to feeling anxious or nervous systems as having a knot in their stomach.
Studies show that your gut has a deep connection to your brain when you’re feeling anxious. Your brain tells your digestive tract to showdown conserving energy to deal with whatever threat is making your stress levels rise.
YOU’RE HAVING EXTREME MOOD SWINGS AND DON’T KNOW WHY
You find that your mood seems to switch super quickly or randomly. Clem and others study how often the average person’s mood shifts on any given day. According to the national center of biotechnology information and CVI, this study showed people tend to experience positive emotions such as joy or love more often than negative ones. But it’s normal for someone’s feelings to change daily.
However, the national alliance of mental illness( NAMI) warns especially dramatic mood swings that cause considerable changes in your behavior, and energy can be signs of bipolar disorder.

MANIC PERIODS
Experiencing high energy episodes where you lose sleep or feel invincible could sign that you have a type of bipolar disorder. You may also become highly productive, erratic, or easily distracted. Mania resulting from bipolar disorder can feel like a high.
These episodes often become detrimental if you do things that need to be rectified later. Once you’ve come down but such as overspending or making impulsive decisions, anyone experiencing mania should speak to a doctor and learn about what they can do to help manage their moods.
YOU WORRY AND ANXIETY IS OUT OF CONTROL
Have you ever found yourself worrying but can’t shut it off ?? According to the national institute for mental health, it may be a sign of anxiety disorder. Other symptoms of anxiety disorders include having problems relaxing, insomnia, automated negative thoughts, unexplained aches, pains, or being easily irritated. The anxiety and depression association of America suggests that if you ever felt this way on most days for at least six months, you should consider talking to a mental health professional about your symptoms.
