Life doesn't get easier, you just get stronger! I used to look in the mirror every morning just disgusted and ashamed of myself (325lbs). Fast forward 158 days later, I realized that we are all beautiful. Self judgement is a waste of time. Just be the best you that you can be. Stay positive guys!
