So I haven't been on here long, but I have goals I want to accomplished, but like every good thing, it's going to take time, effort, and discipline. Unfortunately I am terrible at the last one. I've written my goals down and have a plan for doing them, but I always lose motivation like a week or two after I start. Does anyone have any tricks, tips, or pointers for staying Motivated/Disciplined to complete their goals?
