So I’m thinking of heading back to the gym (I’ve gotten and cancelled many a membership over the years) but I finally feel like I am getting my life under control and I’m not as tired after work. I think I need to do it not only because it’s good for my body, but i also feel like it would be good to get out my frustrations about work / life. I just get so lazy sometimes and I don’t know any good / positive ways to motivate myself. I’m sick of feeling like a whale.
