Day 126 The journey never gets easier, just more rewarding. Back on Day 1 I couldn't hold onto the pull-up bar for more than 2 seconds, pathetic I know. Seeing how far I've come amazes me everyday. I hope this can inspire others to take that first step into the journey of bettering themselves!
