People often think that investing more attention towards womens efforts and struggle is useless as most of them later in their lives are bound to be housewives or just stay low-key, so both men and women don't give it much thought. Women/girls are often pressured to do more hardwork than a man to pursue the same goal as their male counterparts, as they are viewed weaker and less innovative. Often girls education is stopped if they don't work hard enough as it is seen as waste of money & time, so they're married off most of the time. Little do people understand that just being top/first in class doesn't equivalent to intelligence. Or scoring highest/full marks in exams doesn't automatically mean you're smart. All the effort of a person through out their academic life goes to waste if they fail in a single step. It's quite unfair to be honest. All the invention of mankind till now has been a product of trial and error. If you fail once, it doesn't end your potential to become better. So if a person fail to accomplish a certain goal doesn't take away their potential to do well next time. But society label them as failure regardless. Human emotions are extremely fragile. Just a single discouragement is enough for a person to give up on their whole lives effort. It is important that we encourage people, men and women for their struggles as we are all struggling in this world. And making things hard for someone else doesn't make things easier for us. Innovation comes when we perceive things differently and have a broad and flexible mindset. So it is okay to be different and it's okay for others to be different. Nobody has the right to stop others from being creative or do something differently or to discourage/taunt them for belongs to certain gender, race, caste or creed. Everyone should be given equal opportunities if we wish to better ourselves and the future. That includes men and women both.
