Hey guys. I’m the classic case of an athlete having potential to go somewhere with a sport but have that stripped by injuries (5 right knee surgery’s before my current age 22 - April 2018 most recent). So basically my livelihood has been taken away and have slowly fallen more and more into a depressive state over the years. I know getting back into physical activity would 100% help me, I just can’t seem to stick to anything. Even doing something as rudimentary as 30 mins cardio and a 10 minuet core circuit 5 days a week isn’t something I can mentally commit to. So, I ask you all today, if you have any advice for a wounded warrior to stick to that basic routine I mentioned earlier. I do know this much; I want to start with a basic routine like that just to form a foundation for a fitness routine that hopefully grows as time goes on. Thanks.
